一、前言当前,正值大量消耗铝的时代,铝屑生产量迅速增长。同时,国内外包括铝屑在内的再生铝也在增加。因此,铝屑熔炼过程中如何省能省力,如何提高实收率、质量及生产效率等,已成为当前特别重要的研究课题。现在,铝屑多半是在反射型熔炼炉中熔化,然而,由于反射炉没有低频感应炉所具有的那种自身搅拌作用,因此必须借助于叉式搅拌机进行搅拌。最近使用一种“电磁搅拌装置”产生的电磁力对熔体进行搅拌。随着此方法的使用,越来越证实可取得良好的效果,日益引起人们的关注。本文拟就其特点进行概要介绍。
I. INTRODUCTION Currently, in the era of heavy aluminum consumption, the output of aluminum scrap increased rapidly. At the same time, recycled aluminum at home and abroad, including aluminum scrap is also increasing. Therefore, how to save energy and reduce energy during aluminum scrap smelting and how to improve the yield, quality and production efficiency have become particularly important research topics. Aluminum scrap is now mostly melted in a reflective smelter. However, since the reverb furnace does not have the same kind of agitation inherent in a low frequency induction furnace, it must be agitated by means of a fork mixer. The melt is recently stirred using an electromagnetic force generated by an “electromagnetic stirrer”. With the use of this method, more and more evidence of good results can be obtained, attracting more and more attention. This article intends to outline its characteristics.
