商标是商品经济的产物,而驰名商标是发达的商品经济的产物。驰名商标是一个法律概念,是指为大多数公众周知的商标。关于驰名商标,至今国际上尚无统一定义。我国《保护驰名商标暂行规定》中规定:驰名商标是在市场上享有较高的声誉并为相关公众所熟知的商标。拥有大量驰名商标的国家经济实力雄厚,国民经济高速发展,国家强盛。因此创立和保护驰名商标,有利于我国经济建设的健康发展
Trademarks are the product of the commodity economy, and well-known trademarks are the product of the developed commodity economy. Well-known trademark is a legal concept, refers to the well-known trademark for the majority of the public. As for well-known trademarks, there is no unified definition in the world so far. China’s “Interim Provisions on the Protection of Well-Known Trademarks” stipulates: Well-known marks are trademarks that enjoy a high reputation in the market and are well known to the public concerned. The countries that have a large number of well-known trademarks have strong economic strength, the rapid development of the national economy and the prosperity of the country. Therefore, the creation and protection of well-known trademarks are conducive to the healthy development of China’s economic construction
