基于数据分析和有限元模拟计算,研究了汽轮机组高压进汽阀在冷态启动过程中的换热规律,并通过分析现场实测数据,得到了高压阀门在启动过程中所经历的凝结换热和单相对流换热2个阶段的特点.根据实际情况,在归纳已有的传热系数计算经验公式的基础上提出了逐步逼近法,并对2种方法应用于同一实际启动算例进行比较.研究了传热系数在计算不同阀门和启动过程的适用特点.结果表明:逐步逼近法计算结果更准确、更符合实际情况;传热系数可以在一定范围内适用和推广.
Based on the data analysis and the finite element simulation calculation, the heat transfer law of high-pressure steam inlet valve of steam turbine during cold start-up process was studied. By analyzing the measured data in the field, the condensation heat transfer According to the actual situation, the gradual approximation method is put forward on the basis of the existing empirical formulas of heat transfer coefficient calculation, and the comparison between the two methods applied to the same actual start-up case is made. The application of heat transfer coefficient in calculating different valves and starting process is studied.The results show that the result of stepwise approximation method is more accurate and more in line with the actual situation and the heat transfer coefficient can be applied and popularized within a certain range.
