县级直属卫生机构担负着全县各级医疗、预防保健工作的管理和技术指导中心的艰巨任务,各地虽都在寻求改革途径,但是县直卫生机构的体制改革,至今尚未见有突破进展。
The county-level health agencies directly undertook the arduous task of providing management and technical guidance centers for medical and preventive health care at all levels of the county. Although various localities are seeking reforms, there has been no breakthrough in the institutional reform of the county-level health institutions.
