随着经济的发展,企业对秘书的需求量增加,也对秘书的职业素养提出了更高要求。《图解7位顶尖秘书教你职场行政成功术》[1](以下简称“《图解》”)是台北市专业秘书暨行政人员协会对秘书人员进行培训时使用的辅导书,由7位高学历的资深秘书人员编写。7位作者结合自己在跨国企业任职的工作经验,用实际案例演示秘书工作中的各种情境以及合理的应对措施,结合秘书工作的特点,从形象与情绪管理、人脉管理、档案与办公桌管理、会议管理、任务管理、工作回报、零碎时间管理、手机APP应用等八个方面指导秘书开展工作。笔者以为,此书主要有四个方面值得我们学习借鉴。
