思想政治教育是党的优良传统及政治优势,同时也是企业管理的重要内容。共青团是企业员工队伍中的生力军,其思想政治工作的好坏与企业发展有着直接关系。近年来,在社会进步及经济体制改革的不断推动下,企业的管理体制及经营机制发生了巨大变化,共青团的价值取向、思想观念、行为方式等也发生了革命性变化,思想政治工作问题日益凸显。新形势下如何加强企业共青团思想政治工作,促进企业可持续发展已成为企业团组织棘手且刻不容缓的难题。本文围绕新时期企业共青团思想政治工作面临的挑战及对策进行了详细阐述。
