目的观察分析牙列缺损伴重度磨耗患者的咬合重建修复效果。方法回顾性分析31例牙列缺损伴重度磨耗患者的临床资料。结果治疗后,患者固定功能、美观程度、咀嚼功能、舒适程度及总满意度均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05);修复后经X线检查,基牙牙周膜情况有所好转,且牙槽嵴高度未发生显著变化。结论对牙列缺损伴重度磨耗患者采用咬合重建修复治疗的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者咀嚼功能及美观,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To observe the effect of occlusal reconstruction in patients with dentition defect and severe abrasion. Methods Retrospective analysis of 31 cases of dentition defect with severe wear clinical data. Results After treatment, the fixation function, aesthetic appearance, masticatory function, comfort level and total satisfaction of patients were significantly better than those before treatment (P <0.05). After X-ray examination, the situation of the periodontal ligament of the abutments improved Alveolar ridge height did not change significantly. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of repairing dentition defect with severe abrasion by occlusal reconstruction is significant, which can effectively improve the chewing function and aesthetics of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
