目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)患者治疗前、后血清白细胞介素18(IL-18)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素10(IL-10)的水平变化在CA免疫发病机制中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测42例CA患者在治疗前和治疗后3个月未复发时血清IL-18,IFN-γ和IL-10的水平,并与35例正常人作比较。结果 CA患者治疗前血清IFN-γ明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),IL-10和IL-18水平明显高于正常对照组(P均<0.01);治疗后3个月末血清IL-18,IFN-γ和IL-10的水平同正常对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),IL-18和IL-10水平明显低于治疗前(P均<0.01),IFN-γ的水平明显高于治疗前水平(P<0.01)。结论人乳头瘤病毒感染可造成患者细胞免疫功能异常,IL-18,IFN-γ和IL-10在CA免疫发病机制中可能起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of interleukin 18 (IL-18), interferon γ (IFN-γ) and interleukin 10 (IL-10) in patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) Role. Methods Serum levels of IL-18, IFN-γ and IL-10 in 42 patients with CA before and after 3 months of treatment were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Compare Results The serum level of IFN-γ in CA patients before treatment was significantly lower than that in normal control group (P <0.01), and the levels of IL-10 and IL-18 in CA patients were significantly higher than those in normal control group (all P <0.01) The levels of IL-18 and IL-10 were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P <0.01), and the levels of IFN-γ and IL-10 were not significantly different from the normal control group IFN-γ levels were significantly higher than before treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection can cause abnormal cellular immunity, and IL-18, IFN-γ and IL-10 may play important roles in the pathogenesis of CA.
