当前我国图书市场的价格秩序比较混乱,图书销售价格折扣战愈演愈烈,不仅严重危害了作者、出版社、销售商和读者在内的多方主体的实际利益,而且深刻影响了整个出版业的健康发展。在这一背景下,本文选取欧洲的德国和法国、亚洲的韩国和日本作为坚持实行图书转售价格维持制度的典型代表,重点论述各国在面对这一问题时所采取的各种应对措施及实施效果,为完善我国图书价格管理制度提供有益的借鉴和参考。
At present, the price order of the book market in our country is rather chaotic and the discount price of book sales is intensifying. This not only seriously jeopardizes the actual interests of the various parties including authors, publishers, distributors and readers, but also affects the healthy development of the publishing industry.
