2005年4月16日,由《安家》杂志与北京市住宅产业商会联合主办的“新北京、新奥北、新中心——奥北区域地段价值高峰论坛”在香格里拉大饭店召开。北京别墅的著名开发商、知名代理行、广告商及资本分析、规划研究等方面的专家学者齐聚香格里拉饭店,共同探讨奥北区域的地段价值和高档住宅最新趋势。全国政协常委、著名建筑专家王东,中国房地产协会秘书长顾云昌等地产知名人士及首创、保利、顺驰、北辰、耀江等在奥北地区开发别墅项目的老总悉数到场。会上,与会嘉宾认为,从经济地理、奥运利好消息的影响、政府的规划及投资导向和自然人文环境等各个方面看,奥北作为新的“别墅中心区”已经初具规模,其未来潜力将得到进一步的提升与彰显,温哥华森林、保利垄上别墅、东方普罗旺斯等一批该区域的代表性项目也得到了与会嘉宾的一致好评。
