目的:建立同时测定新益心宁神片中乙酸龙脑酯、胡椒醇和石竹烯3种挥发性成分含量的方法。方法:采用GC法,色谱柱为SE-54毛细管色谱柱(30.0 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm);程序升温;进样口温度:240℃;检测器:FID;检测器温度:270℃;载气:氮气;流速:3.0 m L/min;分流比:10∶1;进样量:1μL。结果:乙酸龙脑酯、胡椒醇和石竹烯分别在0.0100~0.320 mg/m L(r1=0.9997)、0.0166~0.531 mg/m L(r2=0.9998)、0.0088~0.282 mg/m L(r3=0.9998)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系。平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为99.07%、99.34%、98.93%,RSD分别为0.49%、0.31%、0.57%。结论:该方法快捷、准确、重复性好,能够用于新益心宁神片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of three volatile components in avermectin, namely Xinyuxinning tablet. Methods: The chromatographic column was SE-54 capillary column (30.0 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm) with GC method. The program temperature was raised. The inlet temperature was 240 ℃. The detector was FID. The detector temperature was 270 ℃. Gas: Nitrogen; Flow rate: 3.0 m L / min; Split ratio: 10: 1; Injection volume: 1 μL. The results showed that the inhibitory effects of borneol, piperonyl alcohol and caryophyllene in the range of 0.0100-0.320 mg / mL (r1 = 0.9997), 0.0166-0.531 mg / mL (r2 = 0.9998), 0.0088-0.282 mg / mL ) Concentration range and the peak area showed a good linear relationship. The average recoveries (n = 9) were 99.07%, 99.34% and 98.93%, respectively. The RSDs were 0.49%, 0.31% and 0.57%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Xinyingling tablet.
