随着油田企业改革过程中出现的问题逐渐增多,党建工作存在的问题也日益突出,如个别党的基层组织软弱涣散、一些党员不能发挥先锋模范作用等问题直接影响着油田企业改革的不断深化。只有加强党的组织建设,特别是抓好基层组织建设,才能够发挥企业党组织的政治核心作用,保证企业改革顺利进行。
With the gradual increase of problems in the reform of oilfield enterprises, problems in party building work have become increasingly prominent. Issues such as the weakness and weakness of the basic-level organizations of individual parties and the inability of some party members to play the vanguard and exemplary role have a direct impact on the deepening of the reform of oilfield enterprises. Only by strengthening the building of party organizations, especially grassroots organizations, can we play the political core role of the party organizations of enterprises and ensure the smooth progress of corporate reforms.
