化工生产过程大多涉及高温、高压作业或者易燃、易爆和有毒有害物质等,一旦生产过程中出现异常且控制不当,极易引发较为严重的安全生产事故。因此,实施化工生产过程的自动化控制及安全联锁技术,是规范安全生产管理、降低安全风险、防止事故发生的重要措施,也是强化企业安全生产基拙,提升本质安全水平的有效途径。本文就自动化控制及安全联锁在化工行业中的应用做一些简要分析,并对其未来的发展做一下展望~([1])。
Most chemical production processes involve high temperature, high pressure operation or flammable, explosive and toxic and hazardous substances, etc., and once the production process is abnormal and not properly controlled, it can easily lead to more serious safety accidents. Therefore, the implementation of automatic control of chemical production processes and safety interlocking technology is an important measure to standardize safety management, reduce safety risks and prevent accidents. It is also an effective way to strengthen the safety production base and enhance the intrinsic safety level. This article makes a brief analysis of the application of automation control and safety interlock in the chemical industry, and makes a look forward to its future development ~ ([1]).
