金融风暴已经影响了全球的实体经济,我国经济受到美国金融风暴的影响也不小,我国经济增长很可能大幅度放缓。通过将人民币对世界主要货币(指美元)的汇率贬值,可以一定程度上提高出口产品的竞争力,扩大产品出口,缓解国内的产能过剩。但是权衡人民币升、贬值的利弊之后,人民币既不能升值,也不能贬值,应该将人民币兑美元汇率稳定在当前的1:6.83左右。
The financial turmoil has affected the global real economy. Our economy is not badly affected by the financial crisis in the United States. Our country’s economic growth is likely to substantially slow down. By depreciating the exchange rate of Renminbi against the world’s major currencies (referring to the U.S. dollar), it will be possible to increase the competitiveness of its export products to a certain extent, expand its exports and alleviate the overcapacity in the country. However, weighed against the pros and cons of renminbi appreciation and devaluation, the renminbi can neither appreciate nor depreciate, and should stabilize the exchange rate of the renminbi against the U.S. dollar at the current 1: 6.83 level.
