双进双出钢球磨煤机由于其结构特点 ,启动时会对锅炉运行工况造成相当大的冲击 ,即主蒸汽压力、温度大幅度上升 ,对锅炉和管道造成很大的危害。磨煤机启动时 ,由于大量的煤粉瞬间被喷入炉膛燃烧引起温度大幅度上升。通过对产生冲击原因的分析 ,制订出相应的消除冲击的措施 ,即通过控制磨煤机罐体的通风量 ,确保煤粉量缓慢增长 ,从而缓解了启动时对锅炉的冲击。上安电厂 3、4号机试运行的实践证明上述措施是行之有效的
Due to its structural characteristics, the double inlet and double outlet ball mill has a considerable impact on the operating conditions of the boiler when it is started. That is, the main steam pressure and temperature increase greatly, which causes great harm to the boiler and the pipeline. Pulverizer starts, due to a large number of instantaneous combustion of pulverized coal injected into the furnace caused by a substantial temperature rise. Through the analysis of the causes of the impact, the corresponding measures to eliminate the impact were worked out. By controlling the air volume of the pulverizer tank, the amount of pulverized coal was slowly increased, and the impact on the boiler at start-up was alleviated. The trial operation of Shangan Power Plant 3,4 has proved that the above measures are effective
