目的:了解电子警示信息对医生处方鼻用减充血药的影响。方法:对设置电子警示信息前后我院门诊处方鼻用减充血药的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:警示信息减少了平均每张处方开具的鼻用减充血药的量和联合用药,但未减少鼻用减充血药的处方比例。结论:设置电子警示是促进合理用药的有效手段,但需要进一步配合临床药师的宣教工作。
Objective: To understand the impact of electronic warning messages on nasal decongestants prescribed by doctors. Methods: Before and after the setting of electronic warning information in our hospital outpatient prescription nasal decongestants use statistical analysis. Results: The warning message reduces the amount and combination of nasal decongestants delivered per prescription, but does not reduce the prescribed proportion of nasal decongestants. Conclusion: Setting up electronic warning is an effective way to promote rational drug use, but further cooperation with clinical pharmacists is needed.
