研究国防资产产权制度的目的在于实现制度创新。国防资产产权制度选择不仅从定性上 ,运用交易成本学说 ,建立起产权制度选择与创新的基本原则 ,而且可以从定量上 ,运用数学方法 ,提出并构建起产权制度选择与创新的数学模型。
The purpose of studying the system of property rights in defense assets is to realize institutional innovation. The choice of property right system of defense not only establishes the basic principles of property system selection and innovation not only qualitatively but also transaction cost theory. And it can put forward and construct the mathematical model of property system choice and innovation quantitatively and using mathematical method.
