The film is a totally unexpected and overwhelming disaster about human confrontation and how they come together to fight. When alien monsters called monsters emerge irresistibly from the sea, they bring about a war that takes millions of lives and human resources. In order to defeat the huge monster, new weapons were designed: a giant robot called a skua. The skua is controlled by two pilots at the same time, and their thinking is connected through a neural bridge called “Sense of Sympathy.” But once and for all, the enemy’s offensive was once violent, and even the skua almost could not resist the ruthless monster.
