目的 :研究肋间小切口胸膜外切除前纵隔肿瘤的手术方法及适应症。方法 :分析该院 1995～ 2 0 0 0年肋间小切口胸膜外切除的 15例前纵隔肿瘤病历 ,其中胸腺瘤 6例、畸胎瘤 9例。结果 :手术均顺利完成 ,平均用时6 5min ,无严重并发症。结论 :本手术较安全 ,具有创伤小的优点 ,适用于前纵隔较小良性实质性肿瘤、囊性肿瘤或囊肿。
Objective: To study the surgical method and indications of extracapsular excision of mediastinal tumor before intercostal small incision. Methods: The data of 15 cases of anterior mediastinal pleural excision from 1995 to 2000 in this hospital were analyzed. Among them, 6 cases were thymoma and 9 cases were teratoma. Results: The operation was successfully completed, with an average of 6 5min, no serious complications. Conclusion: This operation is safer and has the advantage of less trauma. It is suitable for smaller benign substantive tumors, cystic tumors or cysts in the anterior mediastinum.
