企业中层干部的教育培训是企业教育培训工作的重要内容,是企业人才培养工作的重要组成部分。在我国加入世界贸易组织和社会主义市场经济不断深化发展的今天,加强企业中层干部的教育培训,特别是选择好教育培训的内容,对提高企业中层干部的整体素质,完成企业的生产经营任务,实现企业的战略发展目标,增强企业在市场竞争中的综合实力,都具有十分重要的意义。本文囿于篇幅,就企业中层干部教育培训的内容设计问题谈一点自己的粗浅看法。

In this article, I will give my own superficial view on the content design of middle-level cadres’ education and training.
