世界经济正处于十分微妙的转变阶段。无论是过去的某些年份,还是1986年都存在大量问题.尽管1987年的经济形势比较有利,但由于世界市场上石油价格下降和利率降低,世界大多数国家的经济形势仍然不妙。
The world economy is in a very delicate phase of change. There have been numerous problems in both the past years and 1986. Although the economic situation in 1987 was relatively favorable, the economic situation in most countries of the world was still not good due to the drop in oil prices and interest rates in world markets.
