本文研究了快、慢生型大豆根瘤菌与不同大豆品种共生固氮体系的配对选优,结果表明:不同大豆品种与不同类型大豆根瘤菌株之间亲和性不同。沈农25104、哈7799、黑农26和合丰25等品种与快生型大豆根瘤菌 QB113具有很强的亲和性;铁丰18、长农6、哈7799、黑农26、合丰25等品种与慢生型大豆根瘤菌 B16—11C 有较强的亲和性:而开育8等大豆品种则与慢生型大豆根瘤菌61A76(美国)有较强的亲和性。接种大豆根瘤菌配合使用启动氮,对促进六豆与根瘤菌共生体系固氮活性和大豆籽粒产量的提高有明显的效果。
In this paper, the symbiosis of symbiotic nitrogen fixation system of soybean and soybean with different soybean varieties was studied. The results showed that the affinity of different soybean varieties was different from that of different soybean strains. Shennong 25104, Ha 7799, Heinong 26 and Hefeng 25 had strong affinity with fast-growing soybean rhizobia QB113; Tiefeng 18, Changnong 6, Ha 7799, Heinong 26 and Hefeng 25 The cultivars had strong affinity with the slow-growing soybean rhizobia B16-11C: while the 8-cultivated soybean varieties had stronger affinity with the slow-growing soybean rhizobia 61A76 (USA). Inoculation of soybean rhizobia together with the use of start-up nitrogen has a significant effect on promoting the nitrogen fixation activity of symbiotic system of rhizobium and rhizobium and the increase of soybean grain yield.
