自“七五”以来,通过承压设备安全科技工作,在极限及结构安定性分析、含缺陷结构安全性评价、剩余寿命预测、基于风险的检验、声发射和电磁无损检测等方面取得了大量的科研成果,构建了基于风险的承压设备安全保障技术体系。但随着设备高参数化、超期服役设备不断增加和物联网、大数据等技术的发展,现有安全保障体系面临着新的机遇和挑战。十三五期间,国家重点专项“高参数承压类特种设备风险防控与治理关键技术研究”项目获得立项。该项目将实现高参数承压设备安全科技工作从“风险评估”到“风险防控”的重点转变,推动承压设备安全科技工作迎来新业态。

However, with the high parameterization of equipment, the increase of outdated service equipment and the development of technologies such as Internet of Things and big data, the existing security guarantee system faces new opportunities and challenges. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the key national special projects “Research on key technologies for risk prevention and control of special equipment with high-parameter bearing pressure category” won the project. The project will realize the key shift from “risk assessment” to “risk prevention and control” of high-parameter pressure equipment safety technology and promote the new trend of safety and technology work of pressure equipment.
