目的:建立防感冲剂的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对处方中玄参、党参药材及金银花中绿原酸进行鉴别。结果:TLC可检出与玄参、党参药材及金银花中绿原酸相应的斑点。结论:本质量标准,可作为防感冲剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standards of anti-sense granules. Methods: The TLC method was used to identify Radix Scrophulariae, Radix Codonopsis pilosula and chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle. Results: TLC can be detected with the Scrophulariaceae, Radix Codonopsis and chlorogenic acid in the corresponding chlorogenic acid spots. Conclusion: The quality standards, can be used as anti-sense of quality control agent.
