在产业扶持政策的带动下,广西来宾市在绿色双高糖料蔗生产技术上作了许多有益探索,在经营体制上推行规模化和专业化经营,在农技推广机制上实行市县乡村(互助组)四级体系等,但蔗糖产业基础薄弱的现实状况限制了甘蔗产业的持续和快速发展,导致绿色双高糖料蔗生产先进技术的推广普及效果不够理想。分析广西来宾市绿色双高糖料蔗生产中存在的主要问题,并从改良机耕方式、繁育推广优良新品种、科学施肥与土壤培肥、加快推广病虫害综合防治和推进甘蔗机械化收获技术等方面提出了针对性的对策与建议,在全国相似蔗区开展农业技术推广,提升传统产业的科技含量,进一步发挥糖料蔗增产潜力,这对促进提质增效和绿色发展方式具有重要意义。
