今年7月,全国人大常委会执法检查组,到湖南、陕西、云南和浙江四省,对《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》(以下简称税收征管法)的执行情况进行了检查。检查期间,听取了省人大常委会、人民政府及其有关部门和法院的汇报,到部分市、县进行了检查,实地考察了一些企业和市场,参观了一些基层税务局,分别召开了部分税务干部和企业负责人参加的座谈会,广泛听取了意见和建议。一、主要做法和成效第一,深入开展税收征管法的宣传培训,努力提高各级领导和税收征纳双方严格执法的自觉性。各省在每年研究经济工作时,都把税收征收管理工作和贯彻税收征管法作为一件大事,深入研究,认真部署,并将学习宣传税收征管法纳入“三五”普法规划,充分利用各种新闻媒体,进行广泛、深入的宣传。
