为了研究“长白新喹”抗癌药对ANAE阳性淋巴细胞的影响,本文采用酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)反应标记淋巴细胞的细胞化学方法对100例正常瑞士小白鼠尾血的淋巴细胞进行了ANAE阳性百分率测定和分型的工作。结果表明:ANAE阳性者为T淋巴细胞,阴性者为B淋巴细胞。阳性率平均值为62.5±110%。随机观察其中50例,其ANAE阳性率为63.5±0.1%,其中点状颗粒型的淋巴细胞百分率为55.5±0.9%(3粒以下者25.3±0.8%;4-8粒者24.6±1%;9粒以上者4.6±0.3%),而弥散型为8.5±0.3%。在研究“长白新喹”对小白鼠外周血ANAE阳性淋巴细胞影响时,实验组与对照组均接种S_(180)腹水癌细胞。于接种后第3天,实验组用“长白新喹0.8 mg/0.2 ml腹腔注射,连续7天。两组均有实验前后作为自身对照,实验结果表明:在两组动物之间以及实验前后的自身对照,血液内ANAE阳性淋巴细胞及弥散型淋巴细胞均明显增多(P<0.05)。根据上述结果,本文讨论了抗癌药“长白新喹”对细胞免疫的影响。
In order to study the effect of “ChangbaixinQiu” anticancer drugs on ANAE-positive lymphocytes, we used the method of cell labeling of lymphocytes by the acidic α-naphthylacetatease (ANAE) reaction to detect the lymphocytes of tail blood of 100 normal Swiss mice. AEA positive percentage determination and typing were performed. The results showed that T-lymphocytes were positive for ANAE and B-lymphocytes were negative. The average positive rate was 62.5±110%. Of the 50 patients randomly observed, the positive rate of ANAE was 63.5±0.1%, and the percentage of lymphoid cells with spotted particles was 55.5±0.9% (25.3±0.8% for those less than 3 particles and 24.6±1% for those with 4-8 particles); More than 9 were 4.6 ± 0.3%), while the diffuse type was 8.5 ± 0.3%. When studying the effects of “ChangbaixinQiu” on ANAE-positive lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of mice, S_(180) ascites cancer cells were inoculated in the experimental group and the control group. On the 3rd day after inoculation, the experimental group used "ChangbaixinQin 0.8 mg/0.2 ml intraperitoneally for 7 consecutive days. Both groups were used as their own controls before and after the experiment. The experimental results showed that: between the two groups of animals and before and after the experiment In contrast, the number of ANAE-positive lymphocytes and diffuse lymphocytes in the blood increased significantly (P<0.05).According to the above results, the effects of the anti-cancer drug Changbaixinquine on cellular immunity were discussed.
