目的:建立鹿茸草的HPLC指纹图谱,为鹿茸草的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用HPLC-UV分析鹿茸草的指纹图谱,色谱条件为Agilent HC C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.4%磷酸水(B)梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL·min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长254 nm,进样量10μL。利用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)对不同批次鹿茸草的HPLC图进行比较分析。结果:建立了鹿茸草的HPLC指纹图谱,以木犀草素为参照峰,确立了鹿茸草指纹图谱中的13个共有峰。结论:所建立的指纹图谱稳定性和重复性均好,可用于鹿茸草药材的常规质量控制。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprints of velvet grass and provide basis for the quality control of velvet grass. Methods: The fingerprint of antler velvet grass was analyzed by HPLC-UV. The chromatographic conditions were Agilent HC C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a gradient of acetonitrile (A) -0.4% phosphoric acid (B) mL · min-1, column temperature 35 ℃, detection wavelength 254 nm, injection volume 10μL. The HPLC chromatograms of different batches of antler grass were comparatively analyzed by using the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprints of Chinese traditional medicines (version 2004A). Results: The HPLC fingerprints of antler grass were established. The luteolin was taken as the reference peak, and the 13 common peaks in the fingerprint of antler grass were established. Conclusion: The established fingerprint has good stability and repeatability, which can be used for routine quality control of antler herb.
