为了减少农作物在烘干过程与贮藏时的损失,伊斯兰堡国家农业研究中心农机学院(FMI)最近设计并研制成功了一种太阳能烘干系统。该系统包括八个面积均为2.0m2、单个有效面积为1.86m2的平板式太阳能集热器,每个集热器的聚热能力平均为18.6MJ/d(50%热效率),可用于容量为1t的谷物/种子(玉米、向日葵、大豆)烘干系统或客量为250kg的蔬果(杏、葡萄、柿子、洋葱、辣椒等)脱水系统。该系统对各种物料的烘干有良好的经济性,因而有着广泛的应用前景。
In order to reduce the loss of crops during the drying process and storage, a solar drying system was recently designed and developed by the Agricultural Machinery Institute (FMI) of Islamabad National Agricultural Research Center. The system consists of eight flat-panel solar collectors each measuring 2.0 m 2 and a single effective area of 1.86 m 2. The average heat collection capacity of each collector is 18.6 MJ / d (50% thermal efficiency) Drying systems for cereals / seeds (corn, sunflower, soybeans) with a capacity of 1 t or dehumidification systems for fruits and vegetables (apricots, grapes, persimmons, onions, peppers, etc.) with a capacity of 250 kg. The system of various materials drying has a good economy, which has a wide range of applications.
