狐惑病首见于仲景之《金匮》一书。近于现代医学的贝切特综合征。本人遵仲景以干草泻心汤加味治愈10例,甚为满意,今选一典型病例以助同道。患者女,64岁,家务。咽部及前阴反复溃疡近20年,经沈阳等医院诊断为贝切特病,于184—06初诊,用抗菌素、激素、维生素B_2、E及中药清热、解毒、利湿之剂治疗近二年,愈而复发,每年发作5—6次。发作时症见:口腔、咽及前阻多处出豆粒大小凹陷型溃疡,伴有大量水样带下,外阴搔痒难忍,并有发热、恶寒、关节疼痛,不思饮食、口干;面色随其寒热变化时而潮红,时青、时白;舌体胖大、边暗红。于186—0—21开始选用仲景之干草泻心汤加味。药用:
