目的评价维文版FLIC量表的信度和效度。方法以中文版FLIC量表为蓝本,通过对其翻译、回译及文化调适后形成维文版FLIC量表,运用此量表调查276例恶性肿瘤患者,评价其信、效度。结果量表总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.767,各领域的Cronbach’sα系数为0.705~0.809;第一次测量和第二次测量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);除了心理良好领域,其他各领域与所属领域的相关系数均大于0.7(P<0.05),与其他领域的相关系数均小于0.08(P<0.05);因子分析累积方差贡献率为80.982%;反应度评价尚需进一步研究。结论维文版FLIC生命质量量表具有良好的信效度,可以应用于新疆公共卫生等医学领域。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the VW FLIC scale.
