中国剪纸是中国民俗生活中最普遍、最本源、最具文化象征意义的传统习俗之一。剪纸真实记录和反映了农耕社会的思想、伦理、艺术、信仰和习俗,是民间文化的重要载体,因而具有很高的文化价值和艺术价值。2009年,中国剪纸入选联合国教科文组织第四批“世界人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录”。
Chinese paper-cut is one of the most common, the most original and most cultural symbolic traditions in Chinese folk life. The true record of paper-cutting and the thoughts, ethics, arts, beliefs and customs that reflect the farming community are important carriers of folk culture, and therefore have a high cultural value and artistic value. In 2009, China was selected by the People’s Republic of China as the fourth installment of UNESCO’s Directory of Representatives of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage.
