生产大跃进以来,轧钢产量的提高胜过了过去几年内才能达到的增长。中小型地方钢鉄企业又正在蓬勃地成长,研究强化现有与新建厂的轧钢工艺,千方百计地设法增产,以促使我国钢材生产高速跃进,这是符合党指出的“多快好省”总路线的精神。如所周知,轧钢机的产量是取决于二个主要指标:机时产量与日历作业率。这二个指标的乘积就是该轧机的全年产量。以公式表示: 全年产量=日历作业率×(365~366)×24×机时产量……………(1) 在本文中只打算谈一些,有关机时产量方面的问题。各种不同中小型轧钢机的产量指标如何进行比较?这是多年来没有解决的事情。生产大跃进的形势,促使我们想办法比先进。兹初步提出中小型轧钢机利用系数的计算方法,分析上海各中小型轧钢机能量消耗的实际数据,并提出提高利用系数的措施请各方讨论指正。 (一) 利用系数的计算公式与理论依据

The actual data of the energy consumption of each small and medium size rolling mill in Shanghai are analyzed. The measures for improving the utilization coefficient are proposed.
