本文按线化血流理论研究了人体动脉血流动态模拟的相似问题。首先,对复杂的动脉系按其主要特征建立当量动脉;而后,探讨了当量动脉以放大了的弹性管路进行实验室动态模拟的原理。以线化血流理论的无量纲提法为基础,能得到模拟试验的三个相似准则——无量纲相似常数。确定了模拟心泵输出与人体心输出间以及模型管的终端阻抗与当量动脉的终端阻抗之间必须依从的关系。
This paper studies the similarities of human arterial blood flow dynamic simulation based on the theory of linear blood flow. First, establish the equivalent artery according to the main characteristics of the complex arterial line. Then, the principle of laboratory dynamic simulation with the enlarged flexible line of equivalent artery is discussed. Based on the dimensionless formulation of the linearized blood flow theory, three similar criteria for a simulated experiment - the dimensionless similarity constant - can be obtained. The relationship between the simulated cardiac pump output and the human cardiac output and between the terminal impedance of the model tube and the terminal impedance of the equivalent artery was determined.
