湖南省棉科所肖时德副研究员选育的低酚棉新品种——湘棉11号,最近荣莸1990年度国家科技发明四等奖。湘棉11号(原名湘无74)是肖时德副研究员1975年用布兰柯无毒棉与湘73杂交,于1981年育成,1982 Hunan Cotton Institute Xiao Shide associate researcher breeding new varieties of low-phenol cotton - cotton 21, Rong Rong recently won the fourth prize of National Science and Technology Invention.
