提出了一个屏蔽多层共面波导模型。由这个模型可以演变出 2 0种非对称共面波导。为了获得特性阻抗和相对有效介电常数的封闭解析表达式 ,采用保角变换方法对所提出的模型进行了分析。然后利用该模型分析了一个共面波导的特例 ,对这个特例进行了计算并制作了这个特例的样品。采用时域反射法对样品的特性阻抗和相对有效介电常数进行了测试。通过比较理论计算与实验结果 ,说明了这个模型是准确和有效的
A shielding multilayer coplanar waveguide model is proposed. 20 kinds of asymmetric coplanar waveguides can be evolved from this model. In order to obtain closed analytical expression of characteristic impedance and relative effective permittivity, the proposed model was analyzed by conformal mapping. Then a special case of a coplanar waveguide was analyzed by using the model. A sample of this particular example was calculated and calculated for this special case. The time domain reflectometry was used to test the characteristic impedance and the relative effective dielectric constant of the samples. By comparing the theoretical calculation with experimental results, this model is proved to be accurate and effective
