[目的]筛选具有高产、优质、抗草甘膦,综合性状优良的棉花杂交种。[方法]以抗草甘膦棉花品种(系)作母本,与常规优良品种(系)组配14个杂交组合,分析测定各杂交组合在产量、产量因子、抗虫和抗草甘膦方面的竞争优势表现。[结果]14个杂交组合生育期较对照赣棉杂1号提前,高抗草甘膦,其中组合①、⑤、⑨、⑩、瑏瑡抗棉铃虫;组合②、⑤、⑥、⑩产量构成因子协调,籽、皮棉产量高于对照赣棉杂1号;组合①、②、③、⑤、(14)棉纤维品质较好。[结论]综合抗性、结铃进度、农艺性状、产量和纤维品质等性状,最终筛选出②、⑤、⑥、⑩等4个高产、优质、抗草甘膦、综合性状优良的杂交组合。
[Objective] The study aimed to screen cotton hybrids with high yield, high quality, glyphosate-resistant and excellent comprehensive characters. [Method] With 14 glyphosate resistant cotton varieties (lines) as the female parent and 14 elite hybrid varieties (lines), the yield and yield factors, insect resistance and glyphosate resistance Competitive performance. [Result] Compared with the control Ganmianza 1, the 14 hybrid combinations had higher glyphosate resistance during the growth period, in which combinations ①, ⑤, ⑨, ⑩, 瑏 瑡 were resistant to bollworm; ②, ⑤, ⑥, ⑩ yield Composition factors were coordinated, and the yield of seed and lint cotton was higher than that of the control Ganmianza 1; the combinations ①, ②, ③, ⑤ and (14) had better cotton fiber quality. [Conclusion] The results showed that four high yielding, high quality, glyphosate resistant and comprehensive traits combinations such as ②, ⑤, ⑥ and ⑩ were screened out by comprehensive resistance, boll progress, agronomic traits, yield and fiber quality.
