针对学院自动化实训室设备存在的分散独立、与工业应用脱轨等问题,在充分利用现有设备的基础上,借助工业以太网,实现了各设备之间的联网控制和监控,开发了面向工业控制的实验平台。论文详细介绍了实验室联网设计总体方案和实现方法,实际运行结果验证了改造方案的可行性和有效性,为学生提供与企业对接的良好实验平台。
In view of the problems such as decentralization and independence of college automation training room equipment and derailment from industrial applications, the control and monitoring of networking between various equipment are realized by utilizing industrial Ethernet based on the full use of existing equipment, and industrial automation Controlled experiment platform.
