三单乡系东阳市贫困山区,全乡27个行政村,11836人,耕田6499亩,茶园5279亩,全乡人均水田仅0.32亩,是一个多山地、少水田,多高山、少平地的地方。乡政府领导认为要使全乡尽快脱贫致富,关键要在农科教结合上下功夫。近年来,乡成校在农科教结合上做了些工作,促进了当地农村经济的发展。 1.农科教结合,重视村民素质教育《中国教育改革和发展纲要》指出,成人教育是传统学校向终生教育发展的一种新型教育制度,对不断提高国民素质、促进经济和社会发展具有重要作用。为适应经济建设和从业人员的就业的需要,我们乡成校本着学用结合、按需施教和注重实效的原则,把大力开展岗位
