Co15Y合金在600~800℃纯氧中的氧化动力学偏离抛物线规律,形成氧化钴(600℃)和含两组元的混合(700~800℃)外氧化膜,各温度下合金均发生钇的内氧化,但在内氧化前沿的合金中未观察到钇的贫化,结合钇在钴中有限的溶解度和合金双相特征讨论了其氧化机制
The oxidation kinetics of Co15Y alloy in pure oxygen at 600 ~ 800 ℃ deviates from the parabolic law to form a mixed oxide film (700 ~ 800 ℃) containing cobalt oxide (600 ℃) and two elements, and the alloys all occur at each temperature Yttrium but no depletion of yttrium was observed in the internal oxidation frontier alloys and its oxidation mechanism was discussed in view of the limited solubility of yttrium in cobalt and the biphasic characteristics of the alloy
