进入21世纪以来以数字信息化为主的现代社会环境正发生着巨大的变化,信息时代已经改变人们的生活、工作、学习、消费习惯和思维方式。为应对从数字到大数据,把握新时代下的发展环境和发展方向,进行人本管理、大数据挖掘、MOOCs项目服务、个性化服务是高校图书馆提供更好的服务的根本保证。
Since the 21st century, the modern social environment dominated by digital information has undergone tremendous changes. The information age has changed people’s life, work, study, consumption habits and ways of thinking. To tackle the development environment and development direction under the new era from the digital to the big data and grasp the humanistic management, big data mining, MOOCs project service and personalized service are the fundamental guarantee for the university library to provide better service.
