如何开展高职院校职业指导工作,对于提高毕业生就业率和提升毕业生就业质量具有很重要的意义。随着我国经济的快速发展和市场文化程度的提高,职业指导工作及面临着挑战,也面临着机遇。职业指导工作是大学生与社会之间沟通的桥梁,应该具备帮助大学生了解社会、明确职业目标、制定职业规划、增强综合素质、顺利融入社会的功能,加强职业指导,构建完善的指导工作服务体系,及有效开展的职业指导工作的方法探讨,以及能够进一步完善学校的职业指导工作。
