在各种受压容器中,安全阀的可靠性关系着整个设备和运行人员的安全,故对其质量提出了日益严格的要求,尤其是40大气压以下的各种锅炉所广泛采用的杠杆式安全阀。我厂过去制造这种安全阀时,存在着启座压力和回座压力差距过大;启座和回座动作迟缓、灵敏度不高;闭座时呈现漏汽现象等三大质量问题。经过几年来的试验研究,基本获得解决(改进后的结构见图1)。现将几项改进经验介绍如下。
In a variety of pressure vessels, the reliability of the safety valve is related to the safety of the entire equipment and operating personnel, so the quality of its increasingly stringent requirements, in particular, is below 40 atmospheres used in various boilers widely used lever-type safety valve. In the past, when manufacturing this kind of safety valve, there was a big gap between the pressure of opening seat and the pressure of returning to the seat, the slow and the low sensitivity of opening seat and seat back, the three quality problems such as the leakage phenomenon when the seat was closed. After several years of experimental research, the basic solution (improved structure shown in Figure 1). Several improvements are introduced below.
