由沈阳仪器仪表工艺研究所负责组织联合设计,有大连仪表元件厂,襄樊仪表元件厂、四川仪表六厂,沈阳仪器仪表工艺研究所等单位参加共同试制的FO33低漂移、FO11低功耗、FO06、FO07通用Ⅲ型集成运算放大器,于一九八○年七月十九日在大连,经国家仪器仪表工业总局鉴定合格。参加这次鉴定会的有大专院校、整机单位、元件厂等30多个单位,共54名代表,经过测试,代表们一致认为上述元件达到先进水平。
Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Technology is responsible for organizing joint design, Dalian Instrument Component Factory, Xiangfan Instrument Components Factory, Sichuan Instrument Six Factory, Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Technology and other units to participate in the pilot trial FO33 low drift, FO11 low-power, FO06 , FO07 General Ⅲ type integrated operational amplifier, in July 19, 1980 in Dalian, the National Instruments Industrial Authority identified as qualified. Participate in the appraisal will be colleges and universities, machine units, components factory more than 30 units, a total of 54 representatives, after testing, delegates agreed that these components have reached the advanced level.
