非小细胞型肺癌(non-small-cell lung cancer,简称NSCLC)是发生于肺部的常见癌症,治疗以西医治疗为主,其中以手术治疗、放疗、化疗为主要治疗手段,但近年来随着多学科的综合治疗的发展,中医药在治疗NSCLC方面,不仅可减轻化、放疗所致的毒副作用和有利于化、放疗顺利进行,而且在延长生存期等方面均取得了较为满意的疗效。本文就中西医结合治疗NSCLC的现状作一综述,为非小细胞型肺癌的治疗提供新的思路和途径。
Non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a common cancer that occurs in the lungs. The main treatment is Western medicine. Surgical treatment, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main treatments. However, in recent years, With the development of multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment, Chinese medicine can not only reduce the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy but also facilitate the smooth progress of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the treatment of NSCLC, and have achieved satisfactory results in prolonging the survival period . This article reviews the status quo of NSCLC with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and provides new ideas and approaches for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
