以东北山樱桃(Cerasus sachalinensis Kom.)实生幼苗为试材,在其根际土壤中分别施入不同浓度的对羟基苯甲酸(0.1、1.0、10.0mmol·L~(-1))、香豆素(0.1、1.0、10.0mmol·L~(-1))和对羟基苯甲酸+香豆素二者混合溶液(0.1、1.0、10.0mmol·L~(-1)),利用植物效率仪Hansatch PEA,采用叶绿素荧光诱导动力学理论和JIP-test数据分析方法,研究了根施不同酚酸类物质对东北山樱桃幼苗叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果表明:不同种类、不同浓度酚酸物质对东北山樱桃幼苗的叶绿素荧光特性产生影响,但作用效果存在差异。其中,不同浓度香豆素(B)和对羟基苯甲酸+香豆素(AB)处理所得结果相似,呈“低促高抑”趋势,即0.1B(AB)>1.0B(AB)>CK>10.0B(AB);而对羟基苯甲酸处理结果则呈现出抑制的趋势,且随浓度增加抑制程度减弱,即CK>1.0A>10.0A>0.1A。PSⅡ有活性反应中心数目在根施酚酸处理后的变化差异极显著。可见,酚酸类物质可能通过改变东北山樱桃幼苗叶片中PSⅡ有活性反应中心数目进而对其光合作用产生影响。
Seedlings of seedlings of Cerasus sachalinensis Kom. Were used as test materials, and different concentrations of p-hydroxybenzoic acid (0.1, 1.0 and 10.0 mmol·L -1) and coumarin (0.1,1.0,10.0 mmol·L -1) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid + coumarin (0.1, 1.0 and 10.0 mmol·L -1) respectively, and the plant efficiency meter Hansatch PEA, chlorophyll fluorescence induced kinetic theory and JIP-test data analysis method were used to study the effects of different phenolic acids on the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of seedlings of Northeast Cherry. The results showed that different types and concentrations of phenolic acids had effects on the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of seedlings of the mountain cherry, but the effects were different. The results of the treatment with different concentrations of coumarin (B) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid + coumarin (AB) were similar and showed the trend of " > CK> 10.0B (AB). However, the results of p-hydroxybenzoic acid showed a trend of inhibition, and the degree of inhibition was weakened with increasing concentration, ie CK> 1.0A> 10.0A> 0.1A. There were significant differences in the number of PSⅡ active reaction centers after root phenolic acid treatment. It can be seen that the phenolic acids may affect their photosynthesis by changing the number of PSII active reaction centers in the leaves of Northeast Cherry Hill seedlings.
