从1994年起,共青团中央先后联合中央、国家有关部门开展了旨在组织和引导广大职业青年弘扬高度职业文明、创造一流工作业绩的青年文明号活动。10年来,各级团组织、各级行业主管部门高度重视、精心组织,从拓展领域、丰富内涵、加强管理、完善机制、强化监督等方面,扎实开展青年文明号活动,在广大职业青年中掀起了爱岗敬业、诚实守信、办事公道、服务群众、奉献社会的新热潮,开辟了新时期职业文明建设的崭新途径,为经济和社会的协调发展作出了积极贡献。
