高职高专临床医学专业实践教学体系的研究与实践

目的:根据高职高专的人才培养模式,构建体现医学高职高专教育特色的临床医学专业实践教学体系。方法:以基层卫生服务体系岗位要求和临床执业助理医师技能要求为切入点,从实践教学目标、实践教学内容、实践教学管理和实践教学保障四个方面开展研究与实践。结果:建立与职业岗位能力要求及执业助理医师技能要求相对接的实践教学内容,完善校院合作实践教学管理体制,聘请行业专家兼职教学及利用校外教学医院进行实践教学,优化了教学资源,充分体现了“工学结合、校院合作”。结论:高职高专临床医学专业实践教学体系的构建,打破了三年制高职高专是五年制本科压缩版的传统观念,具有鲜明的高职高专特色,提高了教学质量,为培养在基层医疗卫生机构服务的高素质技能型临床医学专门人才打下良好基础。 Objective: To build a practice teaching system of clinical medicine embodying the characteristics of medical education in higher vocational and technical colleges according to the training model of higher vocational education. Methods: Based on the post requirements of grassroots health service system and the requirements of clinical assistant physician skills, the research and practice were carried out in four aspects: practical teaching objectives, practical teaching contents, practical teaching management and practical teaching assurance. Results: Establishing the practical teaching contents that are relative to the requirements of occupational post ability and practicing assistant physician skills, perfecting the practice teaching management system of college cooperation, hiring part-time teaching of industry experts and using extra-curricular teaching hospital to practice teaching, optimizing the teaching resources, Reflects the “combination of work and study, school cooperation ”. Conclusion: The construction of practical teaching system of clinical medicine in higher vocational colleges breaks the traditional concept of three-year vocational undergraduate compressed version of five-year undergraduates, with distinctive characteristics of higher vocational education and higher quality of teaching Training in the grass-roots medical and health institutions to provide high-quality skilled clinical medical professionals to lay a good foundation.
