本文以问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法,从调查幼儿教师的角度,调查了该地区幼儿园课程的现状、民族特色及课程实施中存在的困难。调查结果显示,教材脱离幼儿生活实际;师资配备不足,教师培训机会少,专业发展受限;园本课程开发,方向不明确,存在盲目性,为该地区幼儿园课程存在的主要问题。结合现存问题为当地学前课程发展提供了合理建议。
This paper investigates the current situation, national characteristics and the difficulties in the implementation of curriculums in kindergartens from the perspective of the survey of kindergarten teachers based on a combination of questionnaires and interviews. The survey results show that the teaching materials are separated from the reality of young children’s lives; teachers’ lack of equipment, fewer opportunities for teacher training and limited professional development; the development of this course is not clear in direction and has blindness, which is the main problem in the kindergarten curriculum in this area. Combined with the existing problems for the development of local pre-school curriculum provides a reasonable proposal.
