目的了解2009年深圳市B型流感病毒的系统进化及分子变异情况。方法对2009年深圳市分离的B型流感病毒的时间分布进行统计分析,并通过MEGA等软件对其HA1基因的系统进化及分子变异情况进行研究。结果深圳市2009年1-10月均有B型流感病毒流行,3-5月为流行高峰;Victoria系分支“D”的毒株是优势流行株;与2008-2009年度的国际疫苗株相比,Victoria和Yamagata系的HA1分子在其抗原决定簇区均出现了多个氨基酸位点的变异。结论 2009年深圳市B型流感病毒的流行时间长,一些氨基酸位点的变异并没有导致一个新流行株系的形成。
Objective To understand the systematic evolution and molecular variation of influenza B virus in Shenzhen in 2009. Methods The time distribution of influenza B virus isolated in Shenzhen in 2009 was statistically analyzed, and the phylogenetic and molecular variation of its HA1 gene was studied by MEGA and other softwares. Results In the first ten months of 2009, influenza B virus was prevailed in Shenzhen City from March to May, with a peak in March-May. The virulent strain of “D” Victoria branch was the dominant epidemic strain. Compared with 2008-2009 international vaccine strains In contrast, HA1 molecules from the Victoria and Yamagata lines showed multiple amino acid site variations in their antigenic determinant regions. Conclusion The prevalence of influenza B virus in Shenzhen was long in 2009, and some amino acid site mutations did not result in the formation of a new epidemic strain.
